Operating systems, software, websites: every update fixes vulnerabilities already known to attackers. Postponing them leaves your door open.

4. Aware teams

The vast majority of incidents start with a booby-trapped e-mail. Training your teams to recognise phishing attempts is the most cost-effective security investment.

5. Regular audits

An outside eye identifies weaknesses before they are exploited: server configuration, access rights, website security.
